1. The 10-day gigantic Red Fort Festival ‘Bharat Bhagya Vidhata’ of the Ministry of Culture is inaugurated by Union Minister Smriti Irani.
◉ On March 25, 2022, Smriti Irani, the Union Minister for Women and Child Development, officially opened the ten-day epic Red Fort Festival dubbed “Bharat Bhagya Vidhata” at Red Fort in Delhi.
◉ The Union Ministry of Culture hosts the Red Fort celebration as part of the Amrit Mahotsav of Independence and Independence.

2. In Bengaluru, Reserve Bank Innovation Hub is inaugurated by Shaktikanta Das.
◉ On March 24, 2022, RBI Governor Shri Shaktikanta Das opened the Reserve Bank Innovation Hub (RBIH) in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
◉ RBIH was likewise established with an Rs. 100 crore initial capital investment. Through an institutional framework, RBIH intends to foster, develop, and nurture financial innovation in a long-term way.

3. India’s GDP growth is expected to be 4.6 percent in 2022, according to UNCTAD.
◉ Due to the present Ukraine-Russia conflict, the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) has estimated India’s economic growth to be 4.6 percent in 2022. This rate was formerly expected to be 6.7 percent, however, it has since been reduced.
◉ The United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) estimates that global economic growth will be 2.6 percent in 2022.

◉ The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) has agreed to extend Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg’s term until September 30, 2023, by one year.

◉ Starting in 2022, the Union Ministry of Environment, Forest, and Climate Change has issued a decree designating October 5 as National Dolphin Day every year.
◉ The major goal of the day is to raise awareness about dolphin conservation.
◉ Shri Bhupendra Yadav, Union Minister of Environment, Forest, and Climate Change, expressed his acceptance of this information during the 67th meeting of the Standing Committee of the National Board of Wildlife in New Delhi on March 25, 2022.
