Part of Speech: Noun

Meaning (English): the jargon or slang of a particular group or class.

Meaning (Odia): ଏକ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦିଷ୍ଟ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ କିମ୍ବା ଶ୍ରେଣୀର ଜାର୍ଗନ୍ ବା ସ୍ଲାଙ୍ଗ୍ |

Use:  The jargon of the criminal underworld is often referred to as argot.

Antonyms: silence, quiet


3-Fait accompli


Part of Speech: Noun

Meaning (English): a thing that has already happened or been decided before those affected hear about it, leaving them with no option but to accept it.

Meaning (Odia): ଏପରି ଏକ ଘଟଣା ଯାହା ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଘଟିଛି କିମ୍ବା ପ୍ରଭାବିତମାନେ ଏହା ବିଷୟରେ ଶୁଣିବା ପୂର୍ବରୁ ସ୍ଥିର ହୋଇଛି, ଏହାକୁ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବା ଛଡା ବିକଳ୍ପ ନାହିଁ |

4-Sententious


Part of Speech: Adjective

Meaning (English): given to moralizing in a pompous or affected manner.

Meaning (Odia): ପବିତ୍ର

Use: Too often the significant episode deteriorates into a sententious conversation.

Synonyms: moralistic, moralizing


5-Boomeranged


Part of Speech: Verb

Meaning (English): (of a plan or action) return to the originator, often with negative consequences.

Meaning (Odia): (ଏକ ଯୋଜନା କିମ୍ବା କାର୍ଯ୍ୟର) ଉତ୍ପାଦକକୁ ଫେରିଯାଅ, ନକାରାତ୍ମକ ପରିଣାମ ସହିତ |

Part of Speech: Verb

Meaning (English): revive (someone) from unconsciousness or apparent death.

Meaning (English): a deliberate desire to behave in an unreasonable or unacceptable way; contrariness.

Meaning (English): showing luminous colors that seem to change when seen from different angles.

Part of Speech: Exclamation

Meaning (English): used to express disgust or outrage.

Meaning (Odia): ଘୃଣା କିମ୍ବା କ୍ରୋଧ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିବାକୁ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ |

Use: Iago. Fie, there is no such man; it is impossible.

Synonyms: yuk, ugh

Meaning (English):  likely to cause or capable of causing death
