Meaning (English): a judgment that a person is not guilty of the crime with which the person has been charged.

Use: The trial judge had directed an acquittal.

Antonyms: conviction, prosecution


5-Strife


Part of Speech: Noun

Meaning (English): angry or bitter disagreement over fundamental issues

Meaning (Odia): ମତଭେଦ |

Use: Money is a major cause of strife in many marriages.

6-Solemnize
