Meaning (English): filled with excessive and single-minded zeal.

4-Extirpated


Part of Speech: Verb

Meaning (English): root out and destroy completely.

Meaning (Odia): ମୂଳରୁ ବାହାର କରିଦିଅ |

Use: It was nearly extirpated in these regions, but it is springing up again, owing to circumstances.

Synonyms: destroy, eradicate

Antonyms: conserved, preserved


5-Contemn


Part of Speech: Verb

Meaning (English): treat or regard with contempt.

Meaning (Odia): ଅବମାନନା କର

6-Slovenly

Meaning (English): (especially of a person or their appearance) messy and dirty.

7-Avaricious


Part of Speech: Adjective

Meaning (English): having or showing extreme greed for wealth or material gain.

Meaning (Odia): ଧନ କିମ୍ବା ବସ୍ତୁ ଲାଭ ପାଇଁ ଅତ୍ୟଧିକ ଲୋଭ ଦେଖାଇବା

Use: The man is very avaricious.

Synonyms: grasping, acquisitive

Antonyms: sated, satisfied


8-Impasse


Part of Speech: Noun

Meaning (English): a situation in which no progress is possible, especially because of disagreement; a deadlock.

Meaning (Odia): ଅସ୍ଥିରତା

Use: Negotiations have reached an impasse.

Synonyms: deadlock, dead end


9-Consonance


Part of Speech: Noun

Meaning (English): agreement or compatibility between opinions or actions.

Meaning (Odia): ମତାମତ କିମ୍ବା କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଚୁକ୍ତି କିମ୍ବା ସୁସଙ୍ଗତତା |
